For more than 18 years, Jim has served as editor of Indian Life, a bimonthly Christian newspaper for Native Americans. During his tenure, the publication has won numerous awards from the Evangelical Press Association and the Native American Journalists Association.
Jim has edited a number of books and contributed to several including Does the Owl Still Call Your Name? and The Conquering Indian, Volume 2. As a freelancer, he’s written many articles for publications such as The Globe and Mail, Winnipeg Free Press, Christianity Today, Faith Today, and Christian Week.
Jim and his wife Jan have been married for 32 years and live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They have adult children and five grandsons.
