Publishing House Description
Wesleyan Publishing House is a smaller CBA publishing leader with a large impact upon the church. With more than a decade of growing success communicating the life-transforming message of Christ’s holiness to the world, WPH is seeking adult nonfiction titles by authors who (though not exclusively Wesleyan) have a message that is consistent with the holiness tradition, and that is relevant to the whole body of Christ. WPH’s mission is that of The Wesleyan Church, through written word: Fulfilling the Great Commission in the Spirit of the Great Commandment.
The heart of a WPH book is always driven by the only means by which a believer can be authentically holy (can obey, think, and live as Christ)—the power of God’s indwelling Holy Spirit. In short, Wesleyan “holiness” is far more about relationship than performance.
WPH is especially looking for innovative voices in the following CBA adult nonfiction categories:
● Spiritual Formation, Personal Growth, and Discipleship
● Social Justice
● Love, Marriage, and Family
● Prayer
● Pastor and Ministry Resources
● Church Growth
● Church Leadership
● Adult Biblical Studies (selective series—no single Bible studies currently)
● Theology (topical and applied, for laity)
