Existing Members and Word Weavers

We've switched to a new online system. We are no longer using Guild IDs or Word Weaver IDs as a form of identification.

If you have not set up a password through our site since October 15, 2011, please navigate here and verify your account information. Once verified, you will no longer need your Guild ID to log in. Just use your email and password to log in using the pull-down box in the upper right of your screen.

New Members

Please allow three business days for processing when purchasing a course or a membership. You will receive an email when your membership is activated on your account. If you have questions or concerns, please call 866.495.5177.

Non-Member Accounts

You do not need to have a membership with us to create an online account for tracking online orders and downloads. Simply create an account during the checkout process. Once your account is set up, you will have access to your purchase receipts, webinar downloads, you can save your shipping information, and enable your account to receive gift certificates.

If you become a member, or purchase a course, there is no need to create another account. We will activate your membership on your existing account and contact you when your membership has been activated.
