Writing for the Soul conference is full-time only. While spouses are welcome to stay at The Grand Hyatt in Denver, all general sessions, meals, and workshops are open only to registered conferees. You may purchase a meal pass for your spouse, parent, or traveling companion (which includes all general session speakers). Please see details below.

If you'd like your spouse or parent to eat meals with you, you need to buy a special pass. The cost is $490 which includes all general session speakers. Please make your request by phone.

Lodging/Facility Fees

Refunds must be requested in writing prior to January 5, 2011. Written cancellations received before the deadline will be promptly refunded, less a lost deposit (nontransferable) of $150. After the refund deadline, no refunds will be issued.
